Electronic Delivery

By accepting this Agreement, you consent to receive all communications, documents, and reports electronically in relation to your account and use of our services.

These communications will be sent via email to your primary email address registered with your account, via text to your primary phone number, or by providing a link or instructions to access the documents on the website.

Communications are considered received within 24 hours of being emailed to you or posted on the website.

Money-Back / Refund Policy

Once payment is made through the payment gateway, it will not be refunded except in the following situations:

• Multiple debits of the customer’s card or bank account due to a technical error or if an excess amount is charged in a single transaction. In this case, the excess amount will be refunded.

If your account balance becomes negative due to deducted free balances, your account will be suspended. To reactivate your account, you can settle your balance through a custom payment.

Disputes

Once payment is completed, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against us. If a dispute is filed, your account will be automatically "frozen."

A frozen account will prevent you from making further orders. Once the dispute is resolved, your account will be reactivated, allowing you to place new orders.

Restricted and Disallowed Content

Orders / Reports

Orders can be canceled or amended if their status is still "Pending." However, once the status changes to "Processing" or "Completed," cancellations are not possible.

We reserve the right to reject any orders that do not meet our standards.

Reports for submitted orders are stored on our servers for up to 180 days, after which they may be automatically deleted.
